Immigration Attorney Explains Kilmar Abrego Garcia's Rights Under Withholding Of Removal Order

Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch, a Texas-based immigration attorney and CEO of Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, joined "Forbes Newsroom" to discuss the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador by the Trump administration in March. Garcia, a Salvadoran national, was granted “withholding of removal” status in 2019 after he fled gang violence and entered the U.S. illegally in 2011.
