Josh Allen on how Hailee Steinfeld will back him during the upcoming NFL season

Hailee Steinfeld has Josh Allen's back as he heads into his ninth season in the NFL.

The couple got married last year and welcomed their daughter, Harper Haize Allen, back in April. While this will be Allen's first season as a father, the Buffalo Bills quarterback shared how his wife will be supporting him, noting that this season will "definitely gonna be different."

"To have a supportive partner, which I do, that allows me to go and work out," Allen said of the Sinners star to E! News.

"When we were back in Buffalo for OTAs," he continued, "just making sure that I could go to the facility, get my work done, be with the guys and understanding what that was for."

While Allen chases his first Super Bowl win, he shared that he still wants to balance his time during the offseason and is "trying to ride the wave right now and enjoy" the time he has with his wife and daughter.

"Kids are ever changing, and so is your schedule," The NFL MVP added. "Just maintaining a positive mindset throughout the whole year."

Steinfeld -- whose film Sinners walked away with four Oscar wins at the 98th Academy Awards -- has been open about enjoying the previous moments motherhood has to offer.

“Dearest Harper, I’m in awe of you,” Steinfeld began the letter in her Beau Society newsletter last month. “You’ve been here for only a short while now, and somehow it feels as though you’ve always been ours.”

“Before I was a mother, I had never understood this feeling of being so wistful and filled with excitement at the same time," she continued. "I want your baby hair to stay this soft forever, but I long for the day you might ask me to braid it down your back while we're sitting in the grass."

Allen and Steinfeld tied the knot after a little over a year of dating. The romance rumors began in the spring of 2023, and in 2024 the couple confirmed their romance. The Bills quarterback proposed in November 2024, and in May 2025 the couple said: "I do."
