New York Knicks star Josh Hart is ready to end James Dolan's sex ban.

The Knicks shooting guard had a cheeky response to Dolan's request to have the NBA champions abstain from sex over the course of the NBA Finals. Now that the Knicks are NBA champions, the ban is over, and Hart is ready to go back to his regular scheduled program with his wife, Shannon Hart.

He shared a NSFW response to the end of the ban on X: "Yea I'm in there tonight," he wrote, adding a wink face and crazy emoji after.

Josh made his post on X in response to his wife putting her hand on her husband's butt during the Knicks Championship Parade on Thursday (June 18).

This follows Dolan's request for the Knicks stars to focus on the NBA Finals and have no distractions. The Madison Square Garden owner shared this request to his players at the start of the playoff season on April 3.

"I had this idea that maybe you should give up sex for the next 10 weeks," Dolan told the team at the time.

Dolan then shared some history behind his request.

"The Spartans, they denied themselves, right, so that they could have an edge," Dolan added.

This all follows a historic season for the Knicks as they brought an NBA championship back to New York after 53 years. The Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs in Game 5 of the NBA Finals 94-90. While the Knicks teams previously won in 1970 and 1973, they never had a ticker-tape parade, making the 2026 win even more monumental for the city.

"This city is built on toughness, grit, blue-collar people," Hart said while celebrating on a parade float, per the New York Post. "I think the city really embraced me, my style of play, me as a person."
