We love a taste of nostalgia.

The fifth and final season of You is officially here, and star Penn Badgley is sharing behind-the-scenes secrets about the show, and they're killer!

The actor recently did an episode for Architectural Digest where he gave fans a tour of the popular Netflix series set, only to reveal he's been on it once before.

So, you know the infamous glass cage where Joe holds all of his chosen victims? Well, that room actually has a unique tie to the Gossip Girl set.

"Interesting note, this is where we shot Gossip Girl," Penn said. "This is the same stage that the Waldorf suites where they lived were on this stage."

That's right, the You set and Gossip Girl set are one and the same, at least when it came to filming home scenes for some of the characters.

"This stage with the bookstore was where the Humphrey loft was, so this place is extremely familiar to me. I've been looking at these trees for nearly 20 years now."

Penn also revealed the cage is reconstructed every season. Despite it being a prop, to make it even more realistic, the cage does not have a door knob or latch to allow the person inside to escape. The small access window can only open inside the cage if the outer window is shut.
