Sorry, but some of these are just plain wrong.
Reddit user Active_Cheesecake897 recently asked the r/moviecritic subreddit, "What couple in a movie had no chemistry at all?" Fellow Redditors wasted no time sharing their two cents, but I'm curious if you agree with their opinions. Let's get into it:
1. "Paul and Irulan had more chemistry in five seconds of stares than Paul and Chani in two Dune movies. In the first one, she calls him short and tells him Jamis will kill him. At one point, I wanted Paul to mock her, ask her to fight him next, and never question his fighting skills again."

2. "Harry and Ginny in the Harry Potter series."

3. "Hermione and Ron were just as bad, I think. They so clearly had sibling/best friend energy (which is also a function of the years-long filming schedule, so all the actors were practically family by that point), and it felt really off when they kissed."

4. "Nicole Kidman and Harris Dickinson in Babygirl. I saw it last night and there was no chemistry there on any level. Not romantically (which I concede may have been part of the point), but more crucially, not sexually."

5. "Nicholas Hoult and Lily-Rose Depp in the new Nosferatu movie."

Aidan Monaghan / Focus Features / Courtesy Everett Collection
6. "Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson in Fifty Shades of Grey."

7. "Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr. in Iron Man/Marvel movies have negative chemistry if you ask me."

Paramount / Paramount/Courtesy Everett Collection
8. "Daisy Edgar-Jones and Glen Powell in Twisters."

Universal Pictures / courtesy Everett Collection
9. "Ralph Fiennes and Jennifer Lopez in Maid in Manhattan. I mean, what was that?"

Columbia Pictures / Columbia Pictures/Courtesy Everett Collection
10. "Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds in The Proposal. They're both really funny, but they somehow didn't spark on screen as anything beyond frenemies."

11. "Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in Jurassic World."

Universal / Universal/courtesy Everett / Everett Collection
12. Referring to The Fast and The Furious franchise: "Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez. The worst and most forced chemistry ever. And they have done it for about 20 movies. It's only gotten worse."

Universal Pictures / Courtesy Everett Collection
13. "Will Smith and Eva Mendes in Hitch. Kevin James had more chemistry with Will Smith."

Columbia Pictures / Columbia Pictures/Courtesy Everett Collection
14. "Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel in Yes Man both looked like they wished it had been someone else."

Warner Bros / Warner Bros/Courtesy Everett Collection
15. "Timothée Chalamet and Florence Pugh in Little Women."

16. "Zendaya and Zac Efron in The Greatest Showman. Their love story was so forced and brought nothing to the movie."

17. "Bella and Jacob in the Twilight franchise."

18. "Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson, The Hunger Games franchise. They both gave great performances individually, but they had such big sister/little brother vibes for me, which was why I didn't like Katniss ending up with Peeta."

Lions Gate / Lions Gate/Courtesy Everett Collection
19. "Hayden Christiansen and Natalie Portman were like two wooden planks being forced to kiss each other in Star Wars."

Lucasfilm Ltd. / Lucasfilm Ltd./Courtesy Everett Collection
20. "Tom Cruise and Renée Zellweger in Jerry Maguire. I just did not believe he loved her at the end."

21. "Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence in Passengers."

22. "Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon in Water for Elephants."

24. "Natalie Portman and Chris Hemsworth in Thor. It never really felt like they had much."

Jasin Boland / Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures / Marvel Studios / Courtesy Everett Collection
25. "Annabelle Wallis and Tom Cruise in The Mummy (2017). That movie had very few redeeming qualities, but the chemistry between those two still stood out as bad."

26. "Nicholas Hoult and Zoey Deutch in Juror #2. It was so awful, it took me out of the film. It's like they just met on set for the first time two minutes before they shot their scenes. Didn't believe for one second that they were a married couple."

27. "Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant in Notting Hill."

28. "Jonah Hill and Lauren London in You People."

34. "Renée Zellweger and Colin Firth in Bridget Jones's Diary."

35. "Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood in The Bridges of Madison County. He was supposed to be a sophisticated international photographer, but Eastwood completely miscast himself in the lead role. Someone like Sam Neil would have been a much more believable choice."

Warner Bros / Warner Bros/Courtesy Everett Collection
36. "Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson in Marry Me."

Barry Wetcher / Universal Pictures / Courtesy Everett Collection
37. And: "Zooey Deschanel and Will Ferrell in Elf."
