Riley Leonard has led Notre Dame to a couple of playoff wins this season.
The transfer from Duke stepped in as the Fighting Irish's starter under center, showcasing a high-level impact as both a passer and runner while leading his squad to the College Football Playoff.
However, as Notre Dame took on Penn State in the semifinals of the playoff on Thursday, Leonard exited the matchup with an injury before the second half came to a close.
