Taylor Swift wedding dress details: What we know about cost, designer and more on the gown

For one of the most high-profile weddings ever, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce certainly didn't shrink the budget for their go-to looks.

As the newlyweds celebrated in Madison Square Garden with around 1,000 guests on Friday, Swift's team revealed some details about the couples' looks for their wedding. 

While full-fledged details — including visuals — remain fairly limited, the designers of Swift's look, including her wedding dress, have been revealed.

Taylor Swift wedding dress details

Both Swift and Kelce wore ceremony looks created by Christian Dior Haute Couture, Swift's reps confirmed on Friday. Their outfits were designed by Jonathan Anderson whose title is Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections.

The statement from Swift's team, per People, said that the couple worked in "close collaboration" with Anderson, who was designing his "first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity."

Additionally, the couples' shoes were reportedly custom-made by Christian Louboutin and Swift wore Cartier jewelry.

What is Christian Dior Haute Couture?

Christian Dior Haute Couture is considered the best-of-the-best dressmaking by the House of Dior, being crafted in the Paris ateliers with high-end materials and precision.

The fashion house released a statement to People about the Swift-Kelce designs.

"Christian Dior Haute Couture is delighted to confirm it has created the wedding looks for the marriage of Taylor and Travis. They have been created in Dior’s ateliers at 30 Avenue Montaigne, Paris, and designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the couple," the statement read. "Jonathan Anderson and the house of Dior extend their congratulations to the Bride and Groom."

How much did Taylor Swift's wedding dress cost?

Nothing is known about the cost of Swift's dress, but it's a safe bet that it was custom-made. Estimates online indicate that a wedding gown from Christian Dior Haute Couture can fetch anywhere from $100,000 to the mid-six figures. No details or photos of the dress Swift wore have been made available publicly, however.
