Germany isn't the flashiest team at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Germans also have somewhat of a new generation of players, with Manuel Neuer still in goal but a lot of his contemporaries having moved on.
That doesn't mean the expectations are lowered, though. Germany has come to North America with the intention of lifting the World Cup trophy.
The path won't be easy particularly with the side of the bracket the Germans have wound up on.
Below, we've got a printable bracket so you can keep track as Germany tries to make a deep run.

Most regard the side of the bracket that Germany is on as being the tougher one.
A Round of 16 matchup between the Germans and France would be absolutely incredible.
They'd then have to beat the Netherlands or Morocco or Canada to set up a semifinal that could be against Spain if there are no upsets.
All that to meet in the final with someone like Argentina or Brazil.
It would be an impressive run if the Germans pull it off.
